Settings is organized into 9 groups. The chip nav at the top of the page jumps to each one. Here's what's in each. 1. Profile Your business name + email. Account (sign out). Install app to home screen (PWA). 2. Plan & billing Your subscription tier and switch between Monthly/Yearly. Storage usage + add-ons. Get paid online (Stripe Connect) for accepting card payments. Referral link to earn free months. 3. Team Pro accounts only. Invite team members, set their per-feature access, set their hourly rate, set their email signature, buy more seats. Customer comms Twilio for SMS ( setup ), email sending mode (Gmail / Outlook / Resend — Resend setup ), your email signature, the 5 automated message templates, and your Google / Yelp / Facebook review URLs. 5. Scheduling Calendar defaults (week start, working hours, default view, color mode). Subscribe URL to add your FieldKrew schedule to Google or Apple Calendar — see Calendar . 6. Estimates & invoices Your business profile for quote PDFs (license number, default payment terms, default valid-for days), logo upload, estimate templates, parts catalog. See Quotes . 7.
