Reports turn the data you've been entering all month into the numbers that actually run a business. All exportable as XLSX. Available reports Revenue over time — monthly + yearly with year-over-year comparison. Accounts receivable aging — unpaid invoices bucketed 0-30 / 31-60 / 61-90 / 90+ days. Quote win rate — what % of quotes you sent converted to jobs, by month + by job type. Lead source ROI — for each lead source (Google, Facebook, referrals, etc.): leads in, jobs won, conversion rate, total $ won. Also shows on the Dashboard. Spend by category — expenses broken down. Helps with tax prep. Job profitability — per-job margin (revenue minus time + materials + subcontractor costs). Requires hourly rates + expenses to be linked to the job. Where it lives Settings → Operations & reports → Reports → opens the full reports dashboard. Each report has its own page with filters (date range, job type, etc.) and an XLSX download button.
