Your part catalog — every shingle, gutter, fastener, with prices baked in. Auto-fills line items on the quote builder.
Your Pricebook is the catalog of parts + materials you quote over and over. It lives in its own toolbar tab right under Quotes — open it to add, edit, search, import, or export your catalog. Building the catalog Each entry has a part number , name, category, unit (each / sqft / linear ft), unit price, and an optional description. Category is free text — use whatever taxonomy works (Shingles / Underlayment / Flashing / Gutters / Vents). Prices are stored to the cent and displayed as dollars on the line-item picker. How it shows up on quotes On QuoteEdit , every line-item row has a "Pick from parts" dropdown that searches your catalog. Pick a part and the description / unit / price all auto-fill — quantity is the only thing you type. Import / export Top-right of the Pricebook page: Import accepts CSV and XLSX (Excel) — preview-and-confirm with dedupe by part number. Export drops the same shape so spreadsheet workflows have your full catalog. Quick edits inline Prices change all the time. Edit any row inline; the change flows immediately into new quotes — existing quotes keep their frozen prices.
