Setting follow-up reminders Every lead has a Next follow-up date. When the date passes, the lead turns red on the list and shows up on your Dashboard's Follow-ups due card. From the lead detail page you can: Log a touchpoint (📧 Email / 💬 Text / 📞 Call) → automatically bumps the next follow-up forward Set a custom next-follow-up date manually Lead statuses New — fresh lead, not yet quoted Quoted — quote sent, waiting on customer Won — accepted, becomes a job Lost — declined, archived (still searchable) Converting a lead to a job On the lead detail page click Convert to job .
