Jobs

Pipeline, photos, time tracking, costs, warranties, recurring jobs.

A job is booked work. Jobs live in a kanban pipeline that mirrors how the work actually moves through your business. Statuses Unscheduled — new work that came in (usually from a quote a customer just accepted) but doesn't have a start date yet. Dashboard's "Needs scheduling" card surfaces these so they don't get buried. Set a start date → it auto-flips to Scheduled. Scheduled — on the calendar, not yet started In progress — actively being worked Waiting permit — paused on a third party Complete — work finished, not yet invoiced Invoiced — invoice sent, awaiting payment Paid — invoice paid (flips automatically when Stripe confirms) What you can do on a job Photos — upload before/after pictures. Shareable galleries can be sent to the customer for review/social proof. Appointments — schedule one-off time blocks (initial walkthrough, material drop, final inspection) instead of just an all-day job span. Time tracking — log hours worked. With hourly rates (Settings → Operations) set, this rolls into job profitability. Estimates & change orders — generate estimates from the job. Send change orders mid-work when scope grows; customer signs them online. Warranty — record what's covered (per-line-item or freeform). Templates available so common warranties are a one-click apply. Time & costs — see hours logged, expenses linked, and live profit margin per job. On my way 🚗 — taps a button that auto-texts the customer "On the way, ETA 30 min." Requires Twilio . Recurring jobs For maintenance contracts (gutter cleaning every 6 months, HVAC tune-ups annually). Set it once in Settings → Operations → Recurring jobs. FieldKrew generates the next job 30 days before it's due so you never forget.
