Job page tabs — where everything is

The job page is split into 5 tabs. Here's what's in each and how to find a specific thing fast.

The job page used to be one long scroll. We split it into 5 tabs so you can jump straight to the section you need. Always visible at the top (no tab) The job's identity stays at the top regardless of tab — customer name, address (tap to open Maps), status badge, value, contact buttons (Call / Text / Directions / On-my-way), and primary actions (Send invoice, Edit job). Crew (default tab) The day-of-work view. Contains: Assigned to — owner / admins / employees on the job Job chat — internal crew thread (see Job chat ) Checklist / punch list — items the crew checks off Subcontractors — subs assigned + per-sub negotiation threads Sub bids — RFPs out to bid + award flow Badge on tab: total people on the job (team + subs). Schedule Appointments — visit-level schedule with individual visit assignments Recurring schedule — turn this job into a template that auto-spawns future jobs (Pro) Money Estimates / Quotes — quotes attached to this job Invoices — invoices sent + paid status (Pro) Change orders — scope adjustments with customer approval Workmanship warranty — set + track warranty expiry Time & costs — clock-in entries + labor cost + profit margin Files Job plans — PDFs, drawings, spec sheets Photos — job progress photos Voice notes — audio reminders (Pro) Badge on tab: number of photos. Customer Customer conversation — email + SMS thread with the customer. Same continuous chain as on their contact and lead pages. Mobile On phones the tab bar fits all 5 tabs side-by-side. If it doesn't, swipe sideways across it. The tab bar sticks to the top as you scroll so you can swap tabs from any depth in a long section. Direct links Each tab gets its own URL. Sharing a link like /app/jobs/123?tab=files opens that job directly to the Files tab. Useful in messages: "the plans are at [link]."
