Upload architectural drawings, spec sheets, takeoff PDFs, or any reference doc your crew needs on site. They open them from Krew View on their phones without digging through email. Uploading Open the job → scroll to Job plans → click Upload . Pick a PDF or image. Give it a crew-facing label like "Roof framing plan v2" — that's what the field crew sees, not "scan-3492.pdf". What counts as a plan Anything reference-only: blueprints, manufacturer spec sheets, material takeoff PDFs, code diagrams, before-photo sets you want the crew to consult. For live job-progress photos, use the Photos section instead. Storage + cleanup Bytes count against your account's storage quota (Pro: 5 GB included, style="max-width:780px;margin:0 auto;padding:48px 24px;font-family:system-ui,-apple-system,sans-serif;line-height:1.55;color:#0f172a"0/mo per extra 5 GB). Delete a plan when you're done — bytes free up immediately. Permissions Owners + admin team members can upload, rename, and delete. Employees see plans as a read-only labeled list from their krew-view job page.
