Import & export your data

Bulk-load contacts and parts. Export anything as CSV.

FieldKrew can bulk-import contacts and parts from a spreadsheet, and export almost any data as CSV or Excel. Import contacts Contacts page → Import (top right). Upload a CSV with these columns (header row required): name , email , phone , address , notes . You get a preview — FieldKrew flags any rows it'll merge into existing contacts (by matching email or phone) vs. create new. Click Apply . Done. Tip: export your existing contacts first to see the exact format FieldKrew expects. Import parts (price book) Parts page → Import . Upload XLSX or CSV with columns: sku , name , category , unit_price , unit (e.g. "each", "ft", "sq ft"). Preview → Apply. Existing parts with the same SKU are updated, not duplicated. Export contacts Contacts page → Export . Downloads a CSV with the full address book plus aggregate stats (last job date, total revenue, number of jobs). Export parts Parts page → Export. Choose CSV or Excel (XLSX). Export expenses & mileage Expenses page → Export CSV (top right). Mileage page → Export CSV . Both honor the date range you've got filtered, so your accountant can pull a clean year-end stack in one click — receipts, categories, vendors, billable flags, and per-job tags on the expense file; trip dates, miles, purpose, and per-job tags on the mileage file. Export reports Reports page (Settings → Operations → Reports). Every report has an XLSX download in the top-right — revenue, AR aging, quote win rate, lead conversion, spend by category. Import from QuickBooks Settings → Operations & reports → Import from QuickBooks. Helps you bulk-import existing customers from a QBO CSV export. Native two-way QBO sync is on the roadmap.
