The Checklist section on JobDetail is your reusable punch list — items the crew checks off as they go (pre-start safety checks, close-out walkthroughs, post-storm inspections). Save common lists as templates so you don't rebuild them every job. Building from scratch On any job page → Checklist section → type an item → Enter. Add as many as you need. The crew taps to check off; the owner sees the rolling completion count. Saving a list as a template Once you've built a list you like, click Save as template . Give it a name ("Roof tear-off pre-start") and it's saved to your account. Stamping a template onto a job On any job's Checklist section, click Use template . Pick from the dropdown — every item is copied (not live-linked), so editing the template later doesn't change checklists already stamped onto past jobs.
